Hell

Hell has teeth, it grips like fury,
stands me in place of judge and jury.
What's the sentence, how d'you find,
is it true you've lost your mind?
Hell has no beginning and no end
above this law you can't transcend.
Trespass here and against your will
you'll find you're kept here still.
Hell's a solitary, silent place
as distant as the deepest space.
Sunlight touches no souls here;
behind the prison walls is fear.
The fingerprints of time will show
which way the prisoner is to go.
Struggle and guards will keep you tied
until they your future fate decide.
Hell has no vision more enduring
as will and wishes not securing.
Cuffed images to thought police;
only death is your release.
